I was looking for a way to keep members informed about what's going on in a way that's easy for me to create a habit around, and I think this may be the perfect solution.
Attached is the members-only calendar where you'll be able to see what's coming up, what's being updated, and what's going on within the Enterprise Builder membership.
Hopefully, this helps you to stay more informed about what's being worked on, and what to expect.

It's a living document that I'll keep updating, so check back periodically.

With all of the holidays and sales campaigns going on, I thought it was a good idea to discuss how to make a holiday sales campaign for the Enterprise Builder members monthly coaching call.
In addition to creating the training, I also included resources like a launch sales calculator you can use to estimate your launch sales, and launch planning tools, so you can organize the tasks you'll need to do surrounding a launch.
If you're a premium member, you can access the Enterprise builder coaching call replay and other resources by going here.
Hopefully, this training and the tools help you get ready to spike your income with holiday sales campaigns in 2021!

Over the last quarter, I've purchased several courses, so I can evaluate what others are doing to help their students be successful.
One of the things I saw that was very helpful within online courses are over-the-shoulder tutorials and assets that help you to take action on what you're learning.
There's a place for theory and information about why things works, but courses that are really helpful provide the "why it works this way", the "what you need to do about it", and the "how to take action components". As a result, I've decided to create two additions to the Enterprise Builder community that I think will be very valuable.
Let me know what you think...
I've been working on an Asset Library and a Tutorial Library. So far, each have resources within them, and now, I need to continue adding helpful tutorials and assets that can help you take action: set your website up, start getting visitors, growing your email list, and making sales.
The things I plan to include within the asset library are things like:

Now, it's been one full quarter of running the Enterprise Builder membership, and being honest, it's been quite a journey.
I've learned a ton, and I'm so glad I stepped out into something new.
As a result of networking with the members, having more experiences by running the membership, and learning of ways I can serve better, I've decided on some changes that will be taking place in the Enterprise Builder membership.
1. Organizing the Phases Better
When I first started the Enterprise Builder membership, I had 10 phases that it takes to build a business, and I still stand by the 10 phases, however, they were really difficult to explain concisely, and therefore, they were difficult for others to remember and recite.
Part of the reason for splitting things into phases was so that you would be able to easily see where you are in your journey and focus your efforts on accomplishing what's necessary within a particular phase.
But, how can you identify where you are if there are too many things to look thru?
As a result, I decided to split everything into 4 different steps and the phases are subcategories of the step. Now, it should be easier to remember the 4 steps: plan, proof, systemize, and scale.
You'll notice that the community spaces have already been updated to reflect that.
2. Adding a clear customer promise
In my prior launch, I just knew that I wanted to offer more than I'd been offering at the time (in July). I had been offering the most value thru my Wealthy Affiliate coaching program, and I still do that, but I wanted to offer something else.
I wanted to meet live with startup entrepreneurs or established business owners and teach them how to get sales online, and I've been doing that, however, I want a clearer promise, so here it goes...
The Enterprise Builder membership is designed to help startup entrepreneurs go from idea to consistent online sales in 12 months.
3. Completing all of the essential courses to complete the customer promise
Up until now, the majority of the courses help you to build your home base, which is an important step to creating a business and driving online sales. Although I plan to go back and update those courses over time, I want to finish building out the library of necessary courses for taking a business from idea to consistent sales within one year.
As a result over the next 2 quarters-- Q4 of 2020 and Q1 of 2021--it's my goal to complete courses on Facebook ads, Landing page design, Website conversion optimization, and Online Buyer Psychology. This will be a lot of work, but the beta launch of each of these courses should take place by the end of Q4 (and it's likely that I'll trinkle the launching of each course prior to that).
4. Selling more often
From July onwards, I've done very little selling of the Enterprise Builder membership. Instead, the first launch helped me to get customers and learn how I can serve them best. Now, I think I have a better understanding of how I can be helpful than I did before.
Now, it's time to open the doors for more members. In 2021, it's my goal to open the doors for membership at least 4 times throughout the year and likely more. This will keep the membership intimate, but create larger group sizes than what we have now.
Those are some of the exciting changes I plan to make between now and going into 2021. I hope you're excited about these changes. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Is there something in particular you'd like to see within the Enterprise Builder membership? Leave your feedback below.

It sounds like you've put a lot of thought and effort into these changes and they sound very good.
Only as you implement them will you see the actual reality of what you have done, but it feels like a very good start and is also an excellent example to your community of what kind of thought, time, and effort that it takes to be successful. It is also good modeling of being willing to look at what you've done, admit what didn't work, and be willing to change.
Kudos to you and keep on leading!

Hey Enterprise Builders!
Aside from meeting live every week, I've been silently working behind the scenes on tutorials and courses for you.
I'm actively working on a course called "All About Search Engine Optimization" and I'm hoping to share the beta version of it with the Enterprise builder premium members beginning tomorrow.
If you're interested in learning about search engine optimization, you definitely want to take a look at the course. In the meantime, there are several new tutorials within the tutorial library that show you how to:

- Outline a blog post for SEO
- Create click-worthy meta titles and meta descriptions
- Decide what content should be in a blog post
- and more
Definitely head over and check that out, or consider upgrading, so you can access the growing tutorial library.
Tomorrow will be the next live office hours. If you have questions about your business related to online sales or marketing, definitely come and bring them!
Have a great night!

Hey Enterprise Builders!
Thanks so much to all of you who came out yesterday for the live office hours. I had so much fun answering your questions.
We talked about:
Thanks so much to all of you who came out yesterday for the live office hours. I had so much fun answering your questions.
We talked about:
- How website traffic works
- What various sales funnels look like
- Outbound sales vs. Inbound sales
- Streamlining our goals
- Subdomains vs. Root domains
- and so much more
We definitely went over our 1 hour time frame, and we covered ALOT!
I've published the replay because I know some of you couldn't make it for various reasons, and even the attendees may feel like re-watching it because we covered so much. If you're a premium member, you can watch the replay immediately by going here.
If you're not a premium member, you can watch the replay by upgrading to premium or by purchasing the replay individually.
In addition to posting the replay, I've also added tutorials in the "Tutorial Library", previously called the "Knowledgebase". I decided to change the name because "Knowledgebase" didn't sound inviting to me. Hahahaha.
The Tutorial Library is growing. I'll continue to do clips that show you over-the-shoulder practical ways of doing things that will help you grow your business. Most recently, I've done tutorials on:
- Pin design
- How to buy domain names
- How to set up a website
I plan to continue adding tutorials on topics including Web Design, Funnel setup, Data Analysis, Graphic Design, Content creation, Conversion optimization, and Home management hacks since those are the most sought after topics from the members.
Be on the look out for those!
The tutorials are being worked on simultaneously with the Roadmaps and courses, so I have my work cut out for me for sure. Hahahaha.
Since this community is still in it's infancy stages, you'll get to see many components of it grow before your eyes.
I hope you get the chance to check out the resources. Leave a comment below if you have a tutorial or something you'd like to see me cover here within the Enterprise Builder members area.
I'm all ears.
Have a great weekend!

Good afternoon Enterprise Builders!
I decided to do a quick tutorial today because some of the premium members mentioned that they're getting into Pinterest marketing.
I've been marketing on Pinterest for awhile now, so I decided to share the process I use to make Pinterest pins on Canva. I've posted it in the knowledgebase (one of the spaces alongside the sidebar of the community).
I plan to add more into the knowledgebase, so if you have ideas about something I'm currently doing that you'd like to see, let me know in the comments and I can add it to my editorial calendar for the knowledgebase.
Premium members can view the Pinterest pin tutorial by going here.
I hope you enjoy.

Good afternoon Enterprise Builders,
Last week was a live office hours. In this office hours, I received questions about how to implement the most recent roadmap on market research.
Specifically, what do you do when you're doing market research and you keep running into topics that high authority sites dominate.
I decided to demonstrate what I'd do live, so you could see how I'd steer clear of high authority topics, and instead, find topics that could work well.
If you weren't able to make it out, the replay is here. All premium members have immediate access to the replay.
If you're a starter member, and this topic sound pressing for you, then upgrade to premium, and you'll be able to watch this replay and join us for more live events going forward!

Happy Sunday Enterprise Builders!
The September monthly coaching call was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed getting together with those of you who attended. We learned. We laughed. We built each other up.
We had a good time talking about business, life, and stepping closer to our dreams.
Right now, the size of the group really helps it to be much more intimate and personal, which is great.
It reminds me of small group studying or small group Bible study.
It's so helpful to have a group of people in pursuit of a common goal (like growing a business) and to help one another overcome obstacles.
This month, we talked about market research.
Although, market research may seem like a fundamental topic, it's a growing industry. In fact, stats show companies will be spending more than $30 billion on market research this year!
And, it's often something that small businesses overlook or take shortcuts on.
The technology that aids us in market research is growing drastically, and it's my aim to help us stay informed about how to do market research thoroughly, so we can protect our time and money from flops that result from not having solid plans.
===>>>The replay of the coaching call is here. <<<===
If you're a premium member, you can watch the replay included with your membership, and if you're not a member, you can either buy the replay for $99.99 or join the Enterprise Builder membership and get instant access.
Even if you attended, you may want to look at it again. I hope to see more Enterprise Builders at upcoming events.
Have a great weekend!

Hey Enterprise Builders!
I've commonly heard entrepreneurs say:
I've commonly heard entrepreneurs say:
- How do I know if it's a good niche?
- How do I know if it's a keyword I should target?
- How do I know what content to create?
- Or, How do I know if the product or service I'm launching is in demand?
As a result, I've been working on a new roadmap that fits will if you're in the phase 3 where you're validating your business idea. The new roadmap is on Analyzing Market Demand, and I present several methods for how you can analyze the supply and demand for something in the market.
The new roadmap will be especially helpful if you want to be confident that the content, products, or services you're creating has a market that's looking for it.
I've also linked the Roadmaps and courses within the Premium version of the Business Growth Framework, so you'll know when it's appropriate to work on each course or roadmap based on your business phase.
I hope this is very helpful for you, and I look forward to hearing your feedback on it.
To your success,
Tiffany Denise
