I'm so happy you've joined us here. This area is a place where I'm hoping to engage with you, get to know you more, and where we can help to propel you thru the 10 business growth phases.
First, get started by:
1. Uploading an image and bio to your profile -- this let's us know you're a real person. You can also link to your website from your profile.
2. Introduce yourself in the introduction space
3. Add your "One question" within the one question thread
4. and, Add your goals within the "Goals" thread
As a Starter member, you have access to the all of the spaces in the "Getting Started" area (Getting Started, Community Updates, The One Question Thread, Introductions, and Your Goals). You also have access to the Business Growth Framework e-course that explains the premise behind this community. You can like or comment on any posts, and your courses are linked within the community for easy access.Β
As a premium member, the remainder of the community areas are unlocked, and you'll get access to more courses, roadmaps, and live events. If you take advantage of the new member offer, you'll be able to get your membership at a discounted rate, so take advantage of that.

I just got off the first monthly coaching call. In this call, I went over week three of the "Make Your First Sale Online" Roadmap.
In it, I discussed how to buy a domain name, set up your hosting account, install your plugins, and how to customize your pages.
Getting your website set up is step one is having an online storefront that you use for your business.

I heard the request for a virtual office hours this week, so I've set it up.
The first office hours session will be Thursday, August 13 at 12:30 PM CST. Hopefully, you've gotten the notification. You'll get more reminders about that.
I also published a new roadmap that I think will be very helpful for all of you.
It's the "Finding the Right Offer" Roadmap.Β
Russell Brunson from Clickfunnels always says, "you're one funnel away", but I don't really think it's the software or "funnel" that you're one away from. Instead, I'd say "you're one offer away".Β
It's the offer that people really have to resonate with. If I offer green beans to someone who doesn't like them, it doesn't matter how fancy my sales page is, I probably won't get conversions.
Instead, if I tweak the offer, and offer something that they like, then it's a whole different conclusion. Inside the roadmap, you'll find exercises to polish the right offer.
If you haven't checked out any of the roadmaps, I highly recommend you do that, it's a part of your membership! Hahahaha.

I realized that yesterday, I didn't address the different types of Sales Funnels, and how service-based sales funnels differ from product-based ones, and so on. When I started to think about it, I decided to hop onto my computer, and add that module into the "All About Sales Funnels e-course".

Today was the first office hours within the community. We had one attendee: Debra from Dancing Healing Waters LLC.
I will do office hours regardless of the turnout (in the beginning). It's a part of the building process of the community. As more content is available here, it will have more and more value to other entrepreneurs, so join in while it's small and tailored!

Lately, I've been getting lots of messages about the Enterprise Builder Membership. People want to know:
Lately, I've been getting lots of messages about the Enterprise Builder Membership. People want to know:
- What it is
- How it works
- What's included
- What's not included
And, I understand their perspective. There are so many scams and low quality products out nowadays, it's no wonder they feel a little reserved about joining us. Added to that, I may be a completely new person to them, so it's hard to trust someone new.
As a result, I'm doing a trial run to see how it will work if new students of the Business Growth Framework are able to try out the Enterprise Builder community. I'll also be transferring the Starter members from the Podia membership area over to this new platform.
These members will have the "Starter Member" label. Premium members will have the premium member label on their profiles and next to their names in comments.
Starter members will have access to the "Getting Started" space and the "Introductions" thread, but the other areas will be solely for premium members.
I'm hoping this will give prospective members more assurance of what they're getting by becoming members, and lower their feeling of risk.Β
Let's see how this experiment goes.
